The hotel is situated in the famous Galleria Umberto I of Naples, from where you can easily reach on foot, Piazza Plebiscito (where there are Palazzo Reale and Teatro San Carlo) and the port of Naples, in order to reach Capri, Ischia, Procida and Sorrento with Molo Beverello.

The area in the neighbourhood of the hotel is very interesting, both as concerning its artistic and cultural point of view, as well as the shopping and free time. Adjacent to the hotel there are the celebrated shopping streets as Via dei Mille, Via Filangieri, Via Caducci, Piazza dei Martiri and also the elegant streets as Via Calabritto and Via Morelli, where there are all the high-fashion made in Italy shops and the most prestigious boutiques of antiques.

In the neighbourhood of the hotel you can visit Castel San'Elmo and Certosa di San Martino, some of the most charming monuments of Naples. Within a pleasant walk of a few minutes among prestigious shops, you can reach the Acquario situated in Villa Comunale, Villa Pignatelli and Castel dell'Ovo, as well as enjoy one of the numerous typical bars and restaurants of Borgo Marinari di Santa Lucia in Via Partenope.

How to reach us

By train:
From the Central Railway Station you can take the bus R2, get off at San Carlo in front of Galleria Umberto I di Napoli.

By plane:
You can reach the Hotel Art Resort Galleria Umberto from the Airport of Naples with a private taxi or by bus "Alibus – Aeroporto – Stazione Centrale – Porto". With the bus you have to get off at the port (Piazza Municipio). Then you have to go on in Via Roma and go on in Piazza Plebiscito, so you can arrive in front of Galleria Umberto I di Napoli.

By car:
From the motorway you can take the Tangenziale exit "Via Marina (Porto)", then go on for the Centre of Naples. You have to reach Piazza Municipio and then go on for Via San Carlo until Galleria Umberto.
